We travel up to 200 miles round trip 30 miles is includes at no additional cost.

Our animals are very well trained and social they love people and have great manners.

WHAT DOES A PARTY PAL COST?

On Property :1 Party Pal is $175 an hour

Off Property: $200 an hour does include up to 30 miles of travel

You handler, your pal decorated 1and dressed per your theme, two saddle packs are included for hive away items that you provide such as; drinks, party favors, pre-packaged food items, etc. We do make sure we clean up any messes left behind.

Add On’s;

~Additional hour per animal is $100

~Additional Milage up to 200 miles round trip is $1.50 per mile

Miniature Horses

Rocket and Betty are SOOOOO CUTE! They are miniature Jerusalem Donkeys, very friendly but can be VERY loud. They also can hold saddle package and dress up in a theme for your event.

Llama and Alpaca

Goose is a 4 year old Mini Llam that is the coolest guy ever. He can pack a saddle, take pictures with guest, loves to dress up and is a great addition to any event.

Horses/Unicorns

We have 10 Full Sizes Horses available for mounted and unmounted events. Our Horses have been used for Photography, Movies, TV, and special events such as parades.

We also have two horses we can make into unicorns for any occasion. You are welcome to pick your colors so that we can match your theme mounted and unmounted unicorns available.

Steer

Flap Jack is a 4 month old steer we have raised from a baby. He is great for cuddles and lead line events.

Policies and Procedures

Safety and Dress Code

Keep in mind the safety of our guest is paramount. Our rules are posted and will be given instruction before animal interactions. We will remove unruly guests for dangerous and impropriate behavior.

- Closed toe shoes are required.
-No screaming

-No Running

- Two finger petting on necks or bodies are permitted. No Face petting allowed.

-We cannot force an animal to interact with guest, some will be friendlier than others.

-All animals have free will, teeth and can bit, kick, step on you, jump on you, in general can hurt you. You are responsible for being vigilant over your safety and your children’s. All children under 12 must be accompanied by a trust adult. Barn Staff are not babysitters.

We can and will refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior and you will be removed from property.

Pre-Registration & Registration and Deposit Fees

Pre-Registration & Registration and or Deposit Fees: Are non-transferable and non-refundable. These fees are collected as your commitment for scheduled and booked event. These fees do go towards your final balance of the booked event.

Payments & Invoices

Final Event Balance are due two weeks before the scheduled event. If the balance is not paid in full within two weeks prior to the event by 6pm, the event can be canceled, and no refund will be given for the deposited paid to reserve.

Weather Policy & Barn Cancelations

You will be contacted directly by the barn staff. If you have questions or concerns, about weather please call 361-500-7920. We will cancel for weather for the following: under 40 degrees, winds over 25 mph, active heavy rain, and thunder/lighting. In the event we need to cancel we will offer you a make-up date and time that works for the host and the barn. Should we have the cancel the event completely a barn credit will be issued to use toward the Horse House or CCTX Animal Adventures. No monetary refunds will be given.
