Welcome to CCTX Animal Adventure

By APPOITMENT ONLY, NO WALK INS PERMITED. All ages welcome, ages 12 and under must be accompanied by a trusted adult at all times. All service invoices are due at the time of booking, no refunds. Private events require a 25% booking deposit that does go towards your event balance, two-week cancelation or reschedule policy required. If booking occurs within two weeks of the schedule event full invoice is due at the time of booking. Please read our full policies below.

Private Hobby Farm Event

$450

Two hour private party will be hosted at our facility located at 1325 Yorktown Blvd. Our private gated 20 acres facility, we with beautiful natural landscapes, a beautiful pond and large pool (available for booking as well). 20+ horses on property, hobby farm, and free-range cattle. All private parties will have use of our bunk house with full kitchen, living area with TV, full restrooms, and BBQ pit. 16 cars, and at total of 32 guest.

Small Groups 5-12

1.5 hour experience will start with barn tour, meet and greet with some of our Lesson Horses, followed by a Hobby Farm interactive education and petting experience. We do prove 1 bag of treats per guest feed the animals as we tour. You can add on another service such as lead line pony or horseback rides, build your own unicorn, paint the pony, or party pal for pictures.

One on One

$75

One on One Experience; ages 3 years+

1 hour

You and a guest will be paired with a member of our Friedly staff for Barn tour, meet and greet Hobby Farm Residence, and pull 2 animals of your choice for extra petting, grooming/baths, treats and cuddles.

We will need adequate truck and trailer parking as to not be blocked in our out. City Permits maybe required. Calm, Quiet, Shady 40'x20 Place to set up our animals with power and water will be required. 25% Deposit Due at the time of Booking, balance are due two weeks before your event. Our Full Policies

Safety and Dress Code

Keep in mind the safety of our guest is paramount. Our rules are posted and will be given instruction before animal interactions. We will remove unruly guests for dangerous and impropriate behavior.

- Closed toe shoes are required.
-No screaming

-No Running

- Two finger petting on necks or bodies are permitted. No Face petting allowed.

-We cannot force an animal to interact with guest, some will be friendlier than others.

-All animals have free will, teeth and can bit, kick, step on you, jump on you, in general can hurt you. You are responsible for being vigilant over your safety and your children’s. All children under 12 must be accompanied by a trust adult. Barn Staff are not babysitters.

We can and will refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior and you will be removed from property.

Pre-Registration & Registration and Deposit Fees

Pre-Registration & Registration and or Deposit Fees: Are non-transferable and non-refundable. These fees are collected as your commitment for scheduled and booked event. These fees do go towards your final balance of the booked event.

Payments & Invoices

Final Event Balance are due two weeks before the scheduled event. If the balance is not paid in full within two weeks prior to the event by 6pm, the event can be canceled, and no refund will be given for the deposited paid to reserve.

Weather Policy & Barn Cancelations

You will be contacted directly by the barn staff. If you have questions or concerns, about weather please call 361-500-7920. We will cancel for weather for the following: under 40 degrees, winds over 25 mph, active heavy rain, and thunder/lighting. In the event we need to cancel we will offer you a make-up date and time that works for the host and the barn. Should we have the cancel the event completely a barn credit will be issued to use toward the Horse House or CCTX Animal Adventures. No monetary refunds will be given.
