Get Ready for CCTX Animal Adventure!

All reservations require 25% down is due at the time of reservation, and the balance is due in full 14 days before your event. These fees do go towards your final balance of the booked event. If the balance is not paid in full within two weeks prior to the event by 6pm, the event can be canceled, and no refund will be given for the deposited paid to reserve.  

 What do we need to travel to you? Not all locations are mobile friendly.

~20 Miles are included in every booking $1.50 per mile additional  

~All locations will need to be pre-approved before booking.

~Easy pull in and out of parking with a large truck and 20' trailer. 

~Truck and trailer parking that is as close as we can get to our set up location.~Easy and safe offloading for animals. 

~Adequate even natural ground surface space depending on the size or your mobile booking, clean ground free of trash and contaminates.   20'x20' 

~All other animals safely secured at least 50' from set up. Barking dogs are an issue for our animals. This includes your neighbors' dogs on the other side of the fence.

~Fenced areas are preferred. We do not want to risk an animal getting lose, fence adds an extra level of security. 

~Smoke FREE Area 

~Walkway that is eat 5' wide and easy to navigate for animals and mobile pens, and materials. 

~Access to water. 

~Public spaces do require a permit that can be $55-$200 additional to the cost of your booking.

~Day time hours are preferred. If not, adequate lighting will need to be provided for Hobby Farm and loading and unloading.  

Weather Policy & Barn Cancelations

You will be contacted directly by the barn staff. If you have questions or concerns, about weather please call 361-500-7920. We will cancel for weather for the following: under 40 degrees, winds over 25 mph, active heavy rain, and thunder/lighting. In the event we need to cancel we will offer you a make-up date and time that works for the host and the barn. Should we have the cancel the event completely a barn credit will be issued to use toward the Horse House or CCTX Animal Adventures. No monetary refunds will be given.
