Party Pals Policies and Procedures

Rules

All reservations require 25% down is due at the time of reservation, and the balance is due in full 14 days before your event. hese fees do go towards your final balance of the booked event. If the balance is not paid in full within two weeks prior to the event by 6pm, the event can be canceled, and no refund will be given for the deposited paid to reserve.

Weather Policy & Barn Cancelations

You will be contacted directly by the barn staff. If you have questions or concerns, about weather please call 361-500-7920. We will cancel for weather for the following: under 40 degrees, winds over 25 mph, active heavy rain, and thunder/lighting. In the event we need to cancel we will offer you a make-up date and time that works for the host and the barn. Should we have the cancel the event completely a barn credit will be issued to use toward the Horse House or CCTX Animal Adventures. No monetary refunds will be given.
