You are officially booked once your 25% reservation fee has been paid. At that time, your date is secured on our calendar. After booking, you will be paired with our Event Manager, who will contact you two weeks before your event to confirm all services, details, and timelines.
Please plan accordingly so we can keep events running smoothly for all guests.

Our Hobby Farm can accommodate up to 60 guests and is booked in 1-hour sessions for $250. Each booking includes feed cups and two trained animal attendants who help manage your guests and safely handle the animals throughout your visit.

Our Lead Line Horse or Pony experience is a one-on-one guided riding session, perfect for young children, beginners, and guests who want a gentle, safe introduction to horseback riding.
Each horse or pony is hand-led by a trained handler, ensuring a calm, personal riding experience. This is not a pony carousel—every child receives individual attention and a real guided ride.

A converted horse trailer turned full-blown party shack, perfect for dry service food, drinks, entertainment stations, and photo-ready western vibes!
We operate as a dry-service mobile bar, YOU supply the alcohol beverages or food items, and we supply the setup, serving space, and western charm!

Paint the Pony is a fun, creative, hands-on activity where children get to decorate a real pony or horse using safe, washable, animal-friendly paints. It’s the perfect addition to birthday parties, school events, family gatherings, and hobby farm experiences.

A fun and interactive setup where our animals roam freely around the Hobby Farm area. Guests can walk at their own pace, meet the animals they choose, pet, feed, and take photos. This is perfect for birthday parties, family gatherings, and casual events.
Guests are guided through the Hobby Farm as we release animals one at a time for safe, close-up encounters. Our handlers will hold or manage the animals so your guests can confidently pet, feed, and interact with them. This structured option works well for groups who want a calmer, more controlled experience.
Designed specifically for younger or smaller children who may be nervous around free-roaming animals. Animals stay safely within their pens while children pet and feed them over the fence, reducing the risk of being bumped or knocked over. Perfect for preschool and toddler groups.
A popular choice for school field trips, homeschool groups, camps, and educational events. Our staff presents each animal, shares fun facts, explains care and husbandry, and allows safe interaction. This is an engaging hands-on learning experience students love.

Please note: Our staff is here to help guide animal interactions, assist with feeding, and ensure a fun and educational experience. However, they are not responsible for supervising children. For the safety of both guests and animals, adult supervision is required at all times.

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event due to unsafe or extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to:
These decisions are made to ensure the safety of everyone involved and are not optional when conditions pose a risk.
We do not offer refunds for any event or service canceled due to weather.
Weather is completely outside of our control, and this policy ensures fairness and consistency for all clients.
If your event is canceled due to weather, you will receive barn credit or a rain check valid for 12 months from the date of your original event.
Credits may be used for:
Rescheduled dates are based on availability.
We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date, but availability is not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.
If you would like to upgrade to or reserve indoor space, this must be arranged at the time of booking.
Indoor areas are not automatically included and may not be available last-minute.

Q; Do I have to pay for guest that are not going to participate in the hobby farm.
A: Yes, if the guest is 2 years and older, the hobby farm packages are based on the USE OF SPACE and the SERVICE.
Q: Can I add additional time or service the day of my event?
A: No, unfortunately we book our staff and animals services based on a minimum of 24-hour notice if and when available.
Q: Can I bring food and drinks?
A: Yes, IF you are booked for a 2-hour party or longer. However, food and drinks cannot be in with the animals. You can bring in food, drinks (yes alcohol), chairs, tables, shade tents, bounce house, face painters, games, and decor.
