Pool Parties are an amazing way to celebrate nearly any occasion and is fun for all ages. Our Pool area features a large 35,000-gallon pool that is 3’ in shallow and 9’ in deep. Do not worry about the safety of your guest as your reservation will come with a Lifeguard certified in basic first aid and CPR, and a dedicated Staff Member to help you manage your guest. Your Party attendant will help your guest with the timeline of your event, parking, and navigating the facility. The pool is serviced weekly and chorine based. The pool is not heated but due to the Texas weather is comfortable swimmable water from March 1st to Oct. 1st.Pool area has 8 layout chairs, and a patio set that can seat an additional 6 guest. We are happy to host your group up to 32 guests. Private Pool Rentals also include use of our Bunk House area that does include a full kitchen and restroom.

Mobile Hobby FARM

YES! We can come to you! We are 100% mobile and can take the show on the road! Make your event one to remember! Small parties or large festivals, we are happy to accommodate groups of any size. We can custom build your hobby farm for birthday parties, reunions, corporate events, weddings, special events, and community events such as market days, festivals, and fairs.

Hobby Farm HERD

Our Hobby Farm Herd includes chickens of serval breeds, ducks, geese, peacocks, pigeons, turkeys, blue iguana, bearded dragon, ball pythons, large tortoise, gecko, rabbits, hedgehog, Patagonian Mara, Kune-Kune pigs, dwarf goats, mini horses, mini donkeys, llama, horses (unicorns). We are happy to accommodate your request for certain animals to be included. Please make sure to include that in your request. Our host will provide feed cups and feed for your guest to feed the animals.

Prices

Our mobile Hobby Farm price list;

MINI MOBILE: $400 per hour and $150 per hour add on. One party Host and will include chickens, rabbit, 2 to 3 goats, ducks, mini horse and/or mini donkey. This set up is ideal for small parties and events and can host a mx of 10 guests at a time. This set up is 20x20 area.

MEDIUM MOBILE: $600 per hour and $150 ad on with two party host and will include all the MINI MOBILE animals PLUS Llama, baby cow, and two reptiles. This set up is great for a larger event needs an area of 20x20 and can service up to 20 guests at a time.

MAX MOBILE: $2400 8 hours 4 Full Time Staff, 32'x50' set up with 7 holding pens, seating, and decorated to match the theme of your event. Additional Hobby Farm animals include two Full Size Horse (or Unicorns), two mini donkeys, mini horse, 5 goats, and peacock. This set up is great for large events, community festivals and fairs. This set up can host up to 30 guests at a time.

Our Full Policies

Safety and Dress Code

Keep in mind the safety of our guest is paramount. Our rules are posted and will be given instruction. We will remove unruly guests for dangerous and impropriate behavior.

1.) No screaming, yelling, foul or inappropriate language.

2.) No running, climbing, and horse play of any kind. NO CHASING ANIAMLS!

3.) Do not open any enclosures or gates.

4.) You are responsible for being vigilant over you, your guest, and children.

Barn Staff are NOT babysitters. We encourage for the safety of your guest to follow the guidelines of Children to Trusted Adult ratio

Children Ages 2–5-years-old need to be accompanied by a trusted adult 2/1

Children ages 6-9 years old need to be accompanied by a trusted adult 4/1

Children ages 10-12 years old need to be accompanied by a trusted adult 6/1

5.) Pool Parties DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to ANY ANIMALS, that includes petting through the fences, feeding animals, and going to into any other area besides the POOL and BUNKHOUSE AREAS.

WARNING! We can and will refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, dangerous actives, and those guests will be removed from property.

Payments & Invoices

All reservations require 25% down is due at the time of reservation, and the balance is due in full 14 days before your event.

Children under 2 years old will not be counted in the guest list or require payment. However, their parent or trusted adult does.

Weather Policy & Barn Cancelations

You will be contacted directly by the barn staff. If you have questions or concerns, about weather please call 361-500-7920. We will cancel for weather for the following: under 40 degrees, winds over 25 mph, active heavy rain, and thunder/lighting. In the event we need to cancel we will offer you a make-up date and time that works for the host and the barn. Should we have the cancel the event completely a barn credit will be issued to use toward the Horse House or CCTX Animal Adventures. No monetary refunds will be given.
